Farouk Al-Wahab, a product of the Afro-Asia Institute and Karl Franzens University Graz, Austria, is a globally certified and experienced diplomatic and investments consultant, expert in international relations, Africa/world politics and governance. He is well endowed and fairly balanced in African and international security affairs and state protocols. He is very knowledgeable in the training of non-career diplomats from the political sphere with focus on capacity building of Africa's future diplomats, diplomacy risk control and management. His corporate and diplomacy leadership experience with an enviable record is derived from successful careers at some of the world leading international organizations, diplomatic missions, NGOs, international disasters and aid management services. He has assisted several governments to coordinate presidential and top-level state visits and has played a major role in developing and creating honorary consulate offices and general consulate portfolios. He plays an active role in the policy advisory of the African Union Diaspora Forum (AU-DAF), a highly recognized institution headquartered in Accra with a full swing of diplomatic mission operations dubbed as the African 57th state for the entire world diaspora. One of his specialized fields is to advice and recommend governments and foreign ministries to establish honorary/general consulate offices in countries or continents where there is no representation to achieve jurisdiction benefits to boost bilateral relations for economic growth through diplomacy. He has managed, trained and converted purely political or party activists and appointees into career diplomats for countries. In addition, he provides total strategic leadership and diplomatic solutions to nations of different continents to be part of the map of international recognition platform such as the AU, EU, Civic Society, UN, and other world advocacy groups. He is well knowledgeable in canvassing and lobbying of member countries to support credible independence agenda, sovereignty rights and freedom. He helped in building international coalition forces (civil society groups in Africa) to give birth to Africa's youngest nation, South Sudan through summits, seminars, conferences, recommendations and diplomacy. Farouk Al-Wahab has built a broad base of international partners across the world on the diplomatic corridors where he and his partners have organized presidential, prime ministerial and top-level state visits creating the enabling environment for the establishment of bilateral trade relations and other economic partnerships. He has produced numerous training materials and conducted various sessions for some notable government houses to connect with other countries (the global village approach). With over 30 years of experience training diplomatic leaders, corporate leaders, and government protocol officials predominantly on the African continent, he has been hosted on several radio programs, television shows, and major political discussions as a key player in international current affairs. Farouk Al-Wahab has accomplished a lot of respect within the global reach. He is also passionate to raise a generation of confident and authentic diplomatic leaders. His interests include writing, reading, teaching, travelling, current affairs, politics, and history.

Amir brings visionary leadership to APVIA Ltd, guiding the company's strategic direction across its diverse portfolio. With extensive experience in business strategy and corporate governance, he drives the company's mission of creating lasting value across Sierra Leone's key sectors. A graduate of the University of the West of Scotland, Amir brings over 20 years of experience spanning Retail Management, Civil Engineering, and Project & Operations Management within engineering environments. He is a master of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and Lean Six Sigma principles, bringing rigorous process discipline to every initiative. Core Expertise: Strategic Leadership — shaping and executing corporate strategy across diverse industry sectors; Project Management — PRINCE2 certified, delivering complex engineering and infrastructure projects; Operations Excellence — Lean Six Sigma methodologies driving efficiency and quality; Corporate Governance — ensuring compliance, transparency, and sustainable value creation; Civil Engineering — deep technical background in engineering environments. Beyond his executive responsibilities at APVIA Ltd, Amir maintains a distinguished practice as a business advisor in global investment and the security industry, drawing on over 10 years of deep expertise in Human Resources and Compliance Management. He has supported numerous organisations in achieving key regulatory accreditations including COP119 certification, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and various other UK British Standard regulatory requirements. Ibrahim Rogers is a professional Geologist with a stellar reputation in the Mineral Sands Industry. With over 15 years of work experience in the Mineral Sands ecosystem, he was responsible for identifying potential mineral resource areas in different deposits at Sierra Rutile Limited and as Director of Operations at Harmony Minerals (SL) Ltd. At Sierra Rutile Limited, he was a key driver in the evaluation of both green and brown field mineral sand assets. As team leader providing strategic directions, Ibrahim was part of a team that discovered two contiguous mineral sand deposits previously considered sterile. He graduated with a BSc honours (First-Class) in Geology at Fourah Bay College – University of Sierra Leone, and acquired essential knowledge on mineral resources management, exploration and mining geology through Jiangxi College (China) and Edumine (University of British Columbia – Canada). He is currently enrolled at Unicaf University pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, whilst also pursuing a certification program on Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) with the Corporate Finance Institute (USA). He is a member and Director of the Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Institution of Geoscientists (SLIG).

Vincent Davies is a seasoned Human Resources and Administration professional with over 16 years of progressive experience across the extractive, fintech and aviation industries. His diverse sector experience has given him a strong understanding of the people, operational and regulatory dynamics that shape organisations operating in complex and highly regulated environments. Throughout his career, Vincent has developed expertise in human capital management, employee relations, talent acquisition and development, organisational development, performance management, workforce planning, HR policy development and employee engagement. As Human Resources & Administration Manager at APVIA Limited, Vincent provides strategic leadership in building the company's human resources and administrative framework. He is responsible for developing people-centred policies, systems and practices that support APVIA's growth, while ensuring that the organisation attracts, develops and retains the talent required to deliver its strategic objectives. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language/Sociology from the University of Sierra Leone and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nexford University. He also holds professional certificates in Performance Management and Job Management from Premier HR and is a member of the Institute of HR Professionals Sierra Leone.
